jlili1 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jlili1 ("jlili1," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jlili1 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at jlili1.app and any associated mobile applications.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager on jlili1, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

To access jlili1's gaming services, you must create a personal account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.
• Create only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share your username or password with any third party.
• Notify jlili1 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

jlili1 reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or when unusual account activity is detected. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card) and proof of address.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. jlili1 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

jlili1 accepts deposits exclusively through the following approved payment methods for Philippine players:

• E-wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Cards: Philippine-issued debit cards linked to eligible bank accounts

All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. jlili1 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Deposits are generally credited to your jlili1 account balance instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment provider. jlili1 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Any active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements must be fulfilled before the associated real-money balance can be withdrawn.
• jlili1 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals.

GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, UnionBank, and other Philippine banks are generally completed within the same business day, subject to banking hours and cut-off times.

jlili1 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges, for which jlili1 accepts no responsibility.

jlili1 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and KYC verification, unless otherwise stated.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, household, device, or IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are specified in the individual promotion terms.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, jlili1 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlili1 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances:

jlili1 cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies, including PAGCOR, in the investigation of suspected illegal activity. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by Philippine law.

All content on the jlili1 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of jlili1 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jlili1 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content without prior written consent from jlili1.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the platform.
• Use jlili1's trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner without express written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of jlili1's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by jlili1.

jlili1's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. You may close your jlili1 account by contacting customer support, subject to the settlement of any outstanding balances or pending transactions.

jlili1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements or KYC verification.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a regulatory authority.
• Regulatory requirement or court order.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Your continued use of the jlili1 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the changes take effect.
